We are looking to hire a field sales representative to attract new clients, promote the company portfolio solutions and increase the sales revenue of the company. The successful salesperson is responsible to bring new sales opportunities, generate leads, qualify prospects and close deals to achieve the sales monthly targets. The successful candidate will be responsible to report to the Business Development Manager by keeping records of their sales activities within the sales pipeline management tool.
Present and sell company products and services to new potential clients.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
Reporting to the sales pipeline management tool (activity, prospects, meetings, follow-up and closings).
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Direct cooperation with support team to implement the potential projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business or relative field.
Min 3-4 years of experience in similar role, ideally within the Information Technology Sector.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, composes, and edit written materials.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
Must maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
Valid state driver’s license upon employment as the work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients.
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule
